Anyone can join, no matter how you identify—if you’re MN-owned and operated, we’re here to celebrate your story, help you build connections, and support your growth and success.

What is Heyven?

Heyven is a virtual neighborhood showcasing Minnesota-based creators, small businesses, and nonprofits. We make it easier to discover and connect with local businesses, support the communities you care about, and strengthen our community. Learn more about us.

What are the differences in profile types?

We define Creators as individuals with personal brands—influencers, models, photographers, artists, hairstylists—anyone whose face and given name is at the center of their brand.

We define Businesses as organizations offering products and/or services for profit. These often have a created brand name.

We define Nonprofits as groups organized for purposes other than generating profit. This includes 501(c) and 501(c)3 organizations, as well as some social enterprises. These organizations work to alleviate specific pain points within the community through the products and/or services they provide.

Do you offer Nonprofit pricing?

We used to offer free memberships for Non-Profits and have moved towards a ore affordable price that works for both business and nonprofits. Now, nonprofits can pay $50 for a lifetime membership (for a limited time).

How is an organization's ownership or leadership classified?

During setup, you can self-identify using tags like “Black-owned,” “LGBTQIA-led,” or “AAPI Creator.” You can also include pronouns. These filters help people find businesses that reflect the communities they care most about.All identity information is optional and self-reported—we trust you to represent yourself authentically.

What is included with my profile?

Here are the features of each Profile type:

Creators: profile image (headshot), banner image, name, title, self-identification info, short personal bio, offerings, email link, website link, social media handles, images, communities.

Businesses: profile image (logo or headshot), banner image, business name, business position, self-identification info, short company bio, offerings, email link, website link, social media handles, images, communities.

Nonprofits: profile image (logo), banner image, self-identification info, short organization bio, causes, email link, website link, social media handles, images, communities.

What can I expect when becoming a member?

First and foremost, your profile will be featured and discoverable on our website directory. The directory is free to browse, and our users will be able to find your profile based on your city, ownership, industry, and more. Users can then connect with you via your profile's website link, email link, and/or social media handles.

Business Profile:
We’ll turn the information you submit into a custom profile on our website. Your listing becomes part of our searchable directory so customers, clients, and partners can easily discover and support you.

Community Introduction:
Every new member is introduced to the Heyven neighborhood with intention. You’ll receive a welcome feature across our social platforms and an email notification. These introductions are released on a rotating schedule—intentional, thoughtful, and designed to give every member their moment to be seen.

Member Interview: Each member has the opportunity to be interviewed. Your interview will be added to your profile and featured in a dedicated blog post so potential customers can get to know your business.

Connections That Matter:
Heyven is rooted in community. We’ll help connect you with other members, collaborators, or opportunities based on what you’re looking for such as vendors for an upcoming event or creatives for a project.You’re welcome to reach out anytime to request a connection.

Deals + DiscountsMembers receive complimentary or discounted access to Heyven events, including networking gatherings, workshops, and classes. You’ll also gain access to exclusive member and partner discounts shared within the community.

How long does the new member process take?

We are a small team of two and our new member process will take anywhere from 1-3 business days from when you submit your signup form. We may be processing several new members at the same time, and so these times will vary.

How do I make changes to my profile?

Members can request up to four rounds of profile changes per 12-month Membership period. You can reach out to us anytime at info@heyven.co with specific changes.

What is your refund policy?

We are not able to offer refunds on your membership. Once a payment has been submitted the sale is final and your membership will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

If you need to step away from your business, we can deactivate or reactivate your profile at anytime upon your request.
