FOUNDER STORY
Coco began with two Minnesota entrepreneurs who saw the future of work arriving early in Saint Paul. Don Ball and Kyle Coolbroth believed that people would choose their coworkers long before they chose a corner office, and that they deserved a shared place that felt welcoming and inspiring. In twenty zero nine they opened Minnesota’s first coworking space in Saint Paul and started gathering freelancers, founders and remote workers who wanted more connection than a home office could offer. Their vision shaped the early coworking movement in Minneapolis and Saint Paul and created a community where thousands of people have launched ideas, jobs and friendships.

OUR STORY
Today Coco continues that legacy in Minneapolis as a flexible workspace partner for companies of one to one hundred. The team has welcomed more than five thousand members and alumni and now supports everyone from start ups to large corporate teams who want a different way to work in Minneapolis.
